Notice/Preview #3: Where's Chapter 2?

So some of you are probably wondering what's happening with Chapter 2, am I right? Well, the thing is, I haven't had a minute of free time in the past two weeks. I'm not making excuses, it's the truth. The homework load is out of control, keeping me up until 11 PM most nights! It's just been overwhelming, and I have had next to no time to work on Chapter 2. The story got finished in the first week since Chapter 1 was released, but I haven't had any time to take pictures. This weekend is my first shot at taking photos, and I'm hoping if I go really hard-core, Chapter 2 will be finished by Tuesday.

Anyways, while you're waiting on the edge of your seat for the big second chapter, why not read a little preview? Can you guess who's narrating? Enjoy!

He's going to tell me that he hates me. He's going to tell me I'm a lier and he never wants to see me again. This is it, this is the end. I'm leaving after tonight.

Night was falling on Queenstown; I didn't realize I had skipped lunch. Maybe that was part of the reason why I felt so empty inside... The absence of food, the absence of friends, the absence of hope.

He pulled me over onto the bench and slid his arm around my shoulders. I put my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. "Everyone here hates me," I whispered.

A light flicked on upstairs, and I heard music playing. Laughter sounded, and the shadows of dancing people fell on the ground in front of me. The other girls were celebrating. They were celebrating because they knew I was leaving, the author of the horrible notes was leaving, the one that everyone hated was leaving. They were partying without me. I could never be one of them... Not knowing who I was.

Notice: Point of View, Chapters, and New Posts

I thought I'd tell you all a little about my system for posting, so you'll know what to expect.

About POV

Each new chapter will be written from a different contestant's point of view. The contestant chosen will change according to the events that occur in each chapter, giving the best recollection of the day from the most important contestant at the moment.

About Chapters

For each new day of the sim week, a new chapter will be posted. On Sundays, the bottom two contestants from the last week will compete against each other, and one will go home. On Mondays, the next team challenge will be announced. Contestants will have Tuesday-Friday to prepare for the challenge, with the challenge happening on Saturday. Individual photoshoots will take place on Wednesdays, and house and group photoshoots will take place on Saturdays.

About New Posts

I'm expecting to be able to get a new post up once every two weeks, but I may be able to get them up more or less frequently depending on how much schoolwork I have. My goal is to post chapters once a week, and I'll try as hard as I can to reach that goal, but if it can't be done, I'll go for once every two weeks.

Five more days until the big premiere! Oh my God, I'm so excited! :D

Notice: Premiering December 25th!

On December 25th, Clash of the Houses is coming to The Sims 3.

How far would you go to get what you want? The spot for the first heir of a legacy challenge is open, and eight contestants desperately want the role and the prize of $30,000. It's girls versus guys in a battle for the prize, and each contestant will do anything to win.

Each week, they will be faced with a new challenge testing their suitability for becoming an heir. They will have to survive seven weeks of challenges, along with the pain of betrayal, broken hearts, and watching themselves turn into monsters. Can a team function if the members are plotting against each other?
